[Evergreen-general] Problems with Dojo Circulation Policies Interface in 3.11

Jennifer,
I've been encountering the same things with the filters in Circulation
Policies on 3.11!
We did find that if we click "Next" a few times and then apply the filters,
they work (especially relating to your #5), for whatever reason, but it's
quite annoying.
