[Evergreen-general] Question about notification timestamp discrepancy

I'm checking with the patron. The likely scenario is that it was an alert
from the day prior that got delayed with the carrier. I'm asking for
clarification as to which notification it was that they received. Either
way neither notification went out anywhere near that time frame. And yes,
we are looking into a 3rd party for notifications. I'm just glad a
notification actually went through, it's usually complaints that they
didn't. This just got me curious.
