[Evergreen-general] KPAC

[Terran McCanna]

We've been using it at PINES for 10 or 11 years. It is in dire need of an
overhaul to make it more responsive and accessible.

We customized it with artwork that we'd already owned from a children's
book illustrator, but one of our projects in the next year or so will be to
redo it to be more in alignment with our agency branding.
