[Evergreen-general] Starting Evergreen

Hi,

This part of installation page explains how to start Evergreen:
https://evergreen-ils.org/documentation/install/README_3_14.html#_starting_evergreen

It is a bit incomplete, in my opinion, because it leaves people wondering:
Do I have to start it manually?!
I figured out that some of the problems that I had initially were caused by
the fact that I forgot to start Evergreen each time that I restarted the
docker container.

I am not an expert on systemd, but after digging around in internet and
doing some testing, I managed to come up with a service that seems to work:
https://gitlab.com/docker-scripts/evergreen/-/blob/main/inject/setup.sh#L223-267

Maybe you can update the docs with this solution, after verifying that it
works correctly.
Let this be my small contribution to EG :)

By the way, I had a quick look at the docs (
https://docs.evergreen-ils.org/docs/latest/index.html) and it seems to me
that they need a bit of restructuring. Maybe you are already working on it.
