[Evergreen-general] Receipt template - Display a date two weeks from now?

Hello,

We preparing to launch a bookmobile in the new year and would like to add some wording to our checkout receipt templates about when the bookmobile will return to each stop. Is there a way to create a conditional statement that uses the {{today}} field, adds "x" number of days to that, and displays a date "x" number of weeks from now?
