[Evergreen-general] Evergreen ILS Survey

As all the community web site https://evergreen-ils.org/ is a critical part
of our community. Everyone at one point or another has cause to use it and
it is one of the first things that people encounter when researching
Evergreen.  We have given it a new coat of paint in the last year with a
new theme and are discussing more long needed updates but first want
feedback from everyone.

Towards that end - here is a survey. I know many of us get a lot of surveys
but if you can spare the time for some thoughtful feedback we would
really appreciate it.  Our goal is to make the site as useful as possible,
and maybe just a bit pretty.
