[Evergreen-general] Feature Freeze/String Slush Today

Hi all,

Today marks the official Feature Freeze and String Slush for the 3.14
release. No more features can be merged after today, and string changes
should be minimal.

If you've got a special feature that's near and dear to your heart, and it
has been pull requested and signed off, today is your last chance to get it
committed for the 3.14 release. See this lis

of eligible bugs.

3.14 beta will be released into the wild on October 1st. The release team
asks for no commits on this day.
