[Evergreen-general] Evergreen 3.13.9 and 3.14.4 - Released!

The February 2025 release team is pleased to announce the availability of 2
new versions of the Evergreen open-source ILS - 3.14.4 and 3.13.9. Links to
downloads, release notes, and much more are available on the Downloads page
<https://evergreen-ils.org/egdownloads/>.

This month's team included:

   - Andrea Buntz Neiman (Equinox)
   - Gina Monti (Bibliomation)
   - Jane Sandberg (Independent)
   - Chris Sharp (PINES)
   - Martha Driscoll (NOBLE)
   - Ruth Frasur Davis (ECDI)

These maintenance releases are particularly rich with updates
including 44 bugfixes
for 3.14.4 <https://launchpad.net/evergreen/3.14/3.14.4> and 23 bugfixes
for 3.13.9 <https://launchpad.net/evergreen/3.13/3.13.9>. This is largely
due to the efforts of Terran McCanna (PINES) to coordinate Bug Squash Week
<https://wiki.evergreen-ils.org/doku.php?id=dev:bug_squashing:2025-01> in
late January and everyone who participated.

tested, and committed patches for these releases.
