<p class="MsoNormal">I’m trying to figure out some behavior with the PATRON_EXCEEDS_LOST_COUNT Group Penalty Threshold.

<p class="MsoNormal">Right now, we have a user with a lost book. The home library of the user is Branch A and the lost book’s owning library is Branch A. I have a PATRON_EXCEEDS_LOST_COUNT Group Penalty Threshold of 1 set for Branch A and Branch B, (as well
as System A, of which both branches are a part) <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I am only alerted to the threshold being met when I have my workstation set at Branch A. If my workstation is set to Branch B, I get no alerts when I pull up the account.

<p class="MsoNormal">Ideally, I’d like to see the blocking alert when I pull up this account at any of the branches in System A, no matter where the user or material is from. Am I configuring it wrong? Is that “Just not the way Evergreen works”?<o:p></o:p></p>
