<b>Support and Project Management Specialist</b>. We are looking for someone to join our team who is devoted to providing great customer service and can be an expert resource and technical advisor to both PaILS staff and member libraries. This staff person
will coordinate the customer support experience and manage projects that support the PaILS mission – everything from program evaluation to data cleanup.
