In short, older barcodes that were saved as their usernames needed to be changed to their current barcode in order to gain access. Today we have globally changed all the affected patrons to have their usernames reflect their current barcode.<br><br>We produced shared buckets for each library to keep track of the affected patrons for your records. If you would like your shared bucket ID, please email me off list.<br><br>Thank you most of all for your patience during this situation.
