<p class="MsoNormal">To avoid doubling our check in stats, the second scan is done on the Item Status screen. Any that show as still checked out are handed to a circ clerk for check in and then go back into the “quality assurance” step for another scan on
the Item Status screen. <o:p></o:p></p>
