<p class="MsoNormal">Due to the overwhelming interested in Prince Harry The Duke of Sussex’s biography Spare here in PaILS/SPARK, two bugs have been identified as negatively impacting the holds targeting/capture process. What our libraries are seeing is holds
are either not triggering or they are picking the most recently placed hold. In some rare cases, items are being renewed even though there are holds that should prevent it.
