It looks like May 11-14, if Equinox goes on and books at the venue we had
selected.  That venue is the AT&T Executive Education & Conference Center on
UT's campus.  I toured it last Friday and let Equinox know that it was
perfect for us.  I'm hoping they will move on securing the reservation this
week so that we can move forward with planning.
