Hi,

I've attached the minutes from last week's Governance Committee meeting in
Word and OpenOffice.org formats - please take a minute to review them for
completeness and accuracy.  These are actually a bit wordier than I
typically prefer, but I wanted to capture as many of the details of the
Governance discussion as I could and I would rather err on the side of just
getting it all recorded.
