Hmmmm, I don't see the dues structure is going to be able to cover Oversight
Board member expenses per...
*Section 3.2 (Compensation).*
Board members shall serve without compensation. However, board members may
be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while engaging in activities
directly related to and benefitting the Foundation. Such expenses must be
approved for payment in advance by a majority of the board.
