[Evergreen-governance-l] FW: Who is on the governance committee?

I didn't realize there were so many.  I would like to put first and last names, primary entity of affiliation, and e-mail address.  I will work through the list and ask questions about the ones I cannot figure out on my own.

As it stands right now, each of the people listed below will be on the Initial Board due to their membership on the governance committee.  If there is anyone on the governance committee that does not want to be a member of the Initial board, please let me know.
