[Evergreen-governance-l] Ability to teleconference others into Governance meeting on 2011-04-27?

Our meeting is not until Saturday, so is there a time we all could meet on Thursday or Friday?

One thing I would like for us to do at the meeting is give a brief summary of issues we that we weighed in our decision to go with the Software Freedom Conservancy. We all had a list of pros/cons, so if you want to send me your personal summary, I can compile those prior to a meeting.

Do we have the most recent versions of the SFC agreement and rules of governance posted? I should have thought to have those loaded on the thumb drives. Now I will be a tree-killer and make some copies to have available.

Jim, will Sylvia be coming with you?

Hi Jim,

Thanks for the heads up. We'll make sure that there's some facility for remote participation, then. Are there any other members of the committee who would need or want to participate remotely?

Regards,

Galen
