Hi Elizabeth, 



Would you please share the attached documents with the rest of the governance board before the meeting this afternoon? They include information about the two presenters the local arrangements committee has chosen with an updated budget and the two acceptance letters I would like to send out to both of the speakers. 



It would be great if we could have a motion to approve these two speakers at the meeting today and then I could send them the approval letters.
