[evergreen-outreach] Conference t-shirts

I like it! Is everyone else okay with this? If so, I'll update the web 
page with the new mockup so that we can start sending the link out to 
everyone. I'm inclined to get with the $15 price, mostly because I think 
people willing to pay $14 will also be willing to pay $15, and the 
additional funds can be used to help offset outreach expenses.

For additional clarification on some questions that arose, the $13 cost 
is only for the XXL shirt if we sell 36-50 total shirts. The rest of the 
sizes are $2 less than XXL. Also, our per-t-shirt cost also includes 
shipping. Since out plan is ask the vendor to ship the shirts directly 
to the conference hotel, we won't have to pay additional money for shipping.

If you have any objections to the final mock-up or to $15 price, please 
let us know by 5 p.m. Eastern today.
