[evergreen-outreach] Outreach Committee meeting tomorrow

Chris and Meme will also be unable to make today's meeting. Is there anyone
else who will be unable to make the meeting? If so, maybe we should
reschedule for September, but I'll wait to hear from some other folks
before making a decision.
