Following up on the Outreach meeting today here are two scratch pads for us
to start using to discuss the projects.

This one is the website re-focus.  I don't plan on participating much on
the website refocus at this time but if there's anything I can do to help,
please let me know.  I'll certainly follow along with discussion and help
where I can.
