Note that everything is up for discussion but the update / open for
discussion tags are only meant to identify where the intention is to simply
update on progress versus where someone is actively looking to solicit
input / feedback from people.  If something is marked update nothing
precludes others from brining questions and discussions up.

More names/tags will be added as things settle down and some of the things
that Kathy was doing are distributed a bit more.
