[evergreen-outreach] Happy Hour at Midwinter

Hi all--

Well, I thought I was going to be able to squeeze in an Evergreen happy
hour at MidWinter this January, but it turns out I don't think I'm going to
be able to.

I do apologize.   If anyone else wants to take this up, feel free.
 Otherwise, we'll have to skip this get-together this go around.
