[evergreen-outreach] meeting reminder

Given the time tables involved this year and the transitionary period I'm
inclined to say that the sponsorship will cover the merch table being there
and we'll definitely sell merchandise from existing stock but let's see
what we can do about selling existing merchandise and put off the creation
of new merchandise until next year.  If anyone really feels strongly that
we should do a new item this year I would lean towards either more/new hats
or a shirt, perhaps with the new mini logo.
