[evergreen-outreach] Virtual Conference: Dates

I'm just on the fence.  I'm not sure how well it work online anyway without
being able to gauge people's faces of whether to speed up or slow down so
there's a part of me that says maybe we should drop it.  But that said I
can narrow the scope.  So ... I think this is a long way of rubber ducking
myself to being fine with it, I just wanted to be sure.  I think I'll focus
on PERL in SQL and it's not a problem.
