[evergreen-outreach] Hatch Video

Another thing: what software does everyone recommend for voice-overs and
prompting?  Normally when we do videos at my company, we opt in for the
subtitles because it's most accessible to those who cannot listen to their
computers for whatever reason.  I can also do both.
