[evergreen-outreach] Hatch Video

I've used Camtasia in the past to do screen recording/voiceover but I don't
think it's free.

For captions, if we will be putting this on the EG YouTube channel, I've
found that YouTube auto-caption is actually pretty decent. It might be
worth letting auto-caption do its thing and then just clean up for minor
corrections.
