[evergreen-outreach] Happy Hour at Midwinter

I'll be at MW so I might try to slap something together (mostly selfishly
because I like seeing everyone 😊 )- first I'll probably ping the General
list to see a) who in the community will be there and b) who might be
interested in meeting up somewhere informally.
