[evergreen-outreach] very alpha version of report

Something I’ve noticed is my committer announcement. If the goal is a point in time thing, that is what I wrote. :) Otherwise, my new title is Senior System Administrator and you know where I’m at. That’s all that needs to be updated to make that blurb current.
