I also agree about the contrast issue. And with Ron's catch on the times.
ET and PT should be fine.

I don't feel strongly either way about the logo placement, but it does look
kind of like the logo was sized improperly and bled over into part of the
box.

I would probably capitalize both Closed and Captioning, based on what I've
seen on tv (lol). Unless you were going for the all-lowercase-aesthetic.

I like how prominent the "Upcoming" part with the times is. And the sponsor
logos placement/prominence is nice, too.
