[evergreen-outreach] beta 8 of annual report

Hi Ruth,

It will not be centrally printed and distributed as a physical copy.  The
funds to pay for that were connected to the conference, which is now,
obviously, canceled.  I will make a print-ready copy available
electronically so anyone can have it printed who wishes to, however.
