[evergreen-outreach] Online Conf misc

Schedule was sent to presenters, as you all saw - I issued some corrections
(I had a date/day mismatch that a few people pointed out).

I got a request from Michele Morgan about last-minute inclusion of
AutoRenewal Roundtable - they had been a maybe, but I didn't hear from them
by last Friday. I told her I'd bring it to the committee, but the schedule
is pretty full (and another session is another hour of captioning + Zoom
producing). I could see doing it at noon on Wednesday? Or, if someone
backed out we could slot her in. Thoughts?

Ruth is planning to put the schedule on the website tomorrow, and I've
contacted our Zoom sponsors and asked for logos/linkbacks so they can go on
the website too.

Does someone want to send another community message on Monday saying "Hey,
schedule is up! Registration is coming soon! Happy hour is happening!"
