[evergreen-outreach] Lest you thought I forgot

I didn't forget about a session framework.  In fact, I've been thinking about it pretty continuously.  But, have also been struggling with some weird block.  So, this is started, and I'm picking at it diligently.  Please feel free to comment wherever/whenever as I add/subtract/edit refine content.
