Feedback welcome.  The idea is to distribute it soon via Ron's
usual channels before the end of the month, especially so we can hit the
start of the month listing from Marshall Breeding.  I'll also distribute
via social media and Code4Lib.

I don't want to put it out before the Evergreen community has had several
weeks to register though just on the off chance we have very heavy interest
from non-existing Evergreen quarters.
