[evergreen-outreach] redbubble store

The redbubble store has been suspended.  According to the Redbubble
documentation this can be due to:

* mature content
* intellectual property policy violation
* fraudulent activity (not well defined)

I have opened a ticket to try to resolve this but for now have commented
out the link on the conference web site.
