[evergreen-outreach] meeting reminder

Good morning,

This is our monthly meeting reminder that we are meeting at 2pm tomorrow
and it will be a working meeting as we start organizing the new web site
starting with making sure everyone has an account on the test server and
looking at menus as the highest level of organization.
