[evergreen-outreach] meeting reminder

As always feel free to add to the agenda.  We had a large number of old
items that we had as place-holders in the agenda as they were ideas people
liked but we didn't have anyone to champion so I've done some cleanup on
those to reduce the noise in the agenda.
