[evergreen-outreach] text for annual report

So, today is the initial deadline for the text for the annual report and I
don't have much of it in yet so if anyone is thinking "Rogan really wants
all of this at the last minute"  ... uh, no.  So, feel free to send stuff
in.  If you're having trouble getting content from someone or time issues
please let me know off list and we will make things happen.
