+1 with my own little nitpick – “The first phase of ‘Did you mean?’ [will provide…]” to “The first phase of ‘Did you mean?’ [provides…]” since 3.7 is released.

That said, AS-IS is a great article and thanks for putting it together.

Overall good but I have one nit to pick w/r/t hold group functionality - it's not fully automated for, say, "Get this author's next book" (though that's a possible future enhancement). Staff still need to manually place the hold for a group once the new book's records/items are cataloged.

To make a long story short, I think if you strike the word 'automatically' from that sentence it's a more accurate description.
