[evergreen-outreach] annual report

I am busily nailing down the final bits of my presentations for next week
so I will send out one last version of the annual report for feedback to
proofreaders tomorrow morning in case anyone wants to give it another pass
but I don't anticipate a lot of time to work on it between Monday and
Thursday.
