[evergreen-outreach] attendance this week

I know that we have several folks who won't be able to make it to the
Outreach meeting this week.  Is there anyone else who isn't planning on
attending or needs more time to work on their assignments from the last
meeting?  If so I'm inclined to skip this month and reconvene to continue
the website planning next month.
