[evergreen-outreach] meeting tomorrow

We are scheduled for a meeting tomorrow but I know that many of us are very
busy right now so I would like to get feedback about skipping our meeting
and instead just use that time for us to separately work on any
outreach-related projects we have.  For me, that is prep for the annual
report.
