[evergreen-outreach] version .001 of annual report

Not as part of the spotlight writeups, no - for the 2020 report I nagged
everyone individually & got about 3/4 or so responses.

I'm not sure how best to get ahold of Irene now that she's retired -
Jennifer, do you have a contact there?

Rogan, I still have some time this week if you want to toss other sections
at me for writing. I somehow ended up with almost no meetings this week so
it's been All Conference All The Time.
