[evergreen-outreach] this afternoon's meeting

Good afternoon,

It is currently up in the air as to whether I will make this afternoon's
meeting as I'm dealing with a time sensitive situation.

If I can't make it one thing I hope the group can discuss a little (and via
email if not in a meeting) is new ideas for the annual report.  I do feel
like it has gotten a little stale and would welcome some new ideas for
content and approaches.
