[evergreen-outreach] meeting poll time

We have kept the first Wed of the month meeting time for quite a few years
now and with turnover over time it occurs to me that this might no longer
be the best time for everyone.

Although this is set for a specific week ignore the dates and simply select
the days and times that are good for you on a recurring basis.  (Mostly)
