I started to do something fancier with the Elaine/Amy page but I don't want
to make it messy.  I added a beach background for Amy and Castle for
Elaine.  I still don't like it but I don't feel my eye twitching at it
anymore.

Punch list edits are incorporated and a new section on the credits page as
a special note from the Outreach committee.
