[evergreen-outreach] Zoom meeting recordings storage limit

Hi,

Thanks. In the short term, the following can be moved for sure:

- the BIBFRAME study group one (and please start a new playlist for the
study group)
- the Evergreen Release Cutting one

I'll advise once I get confirmation regarding the Cat IG recordings and the
board recordings.
