I also agree this is a great idea! And welcome, Olivia!!
The only other tool I can think of that hasn't been mentioned already and
could be a possibility is Trello <https://trello.com/>, which also has free
and paid versions (and nonprofit discounts). But I think a Google Doc/Sheet
is a fine idea for getting started!
