[evergreen-outreach] Another Calendar Note for Outreach

I thought of two more calendar-related things after today's meeting:

Thing 1
I believe I said something like "*the Outreach Committee will promote the
new calendar when it is officially released"* in my email to IG Leaders so
does anyone want to draft an email to send to the general mailing list?  (I
can -- but would want another set of eyes to review)

Thing 2
There is a page on the eg wiki,
https://wiki.evergreen-ils.org/doku.php?id=calendar:start, that now needs
work -- and there is an HTML issue. I will work on that later this week.
